My assumption is that this book is not readily available like #2 and 3 are (from Fantagraphics)...Tomoe's Story!

Yes, I had more trouble tracking down this issue than any other. I even found the Summer Special with more ease. Someone should grab this right away, even if the story is a little disappointing in hindsight. Usagi has come so far since this tale.
