I think in this case, it means "Publisher's Copy".
Besides the regular s/n edition, there are the Artist's Proofs which go to me, and the Publisher's Proofs or Copies. The PCs are given to contributors, friends, and staff at DH.

Well, I'm trying a shot at that; it's my daughter's second favorite (after Fathers and Sons) and I'm afraid my TPB will have to suffer excess wear and tear on her behalf....

Well, not actually, but I've won on the bidding....
Now I only have to wait for it to turn up here.
It's just too good that the Euro is a little stronger right now (or is it the weakness of the Dollar?? Me and economics...
), so 112 US$ is not too bad;
