Thank you for the info;
Funny, in that same list a seller is offering sketchbook #4 for twice it's original price....

I figured these wouldn't go un-noticed... whether I bid depends on whether Stan can definitely make London in October and bring a bunch of the h/c with him

It's still undecided. Neither Editor Diana or I have heard exact dates or travel arrangements, but that is how it was the last time I went to Gijon. Sharon and I still want to stop off at London on the way back but, again, plans are not set.
I do not have many copies of the Book 1 HC, so if you can get either of these at a decent price I would say to go for it. I do have quite a few Book 5, though.

Thanks for letting me know Stan, I'll base my bidding accordingly
(and yes, I do hope you can make it here anyhow!)

Hmm, what would a "decent price" be for these HCs?
Just asking, completely innocent, and thoroughly without second thoughts....

Each book is different. I have seen a copy of Book 12 sold for more than $300 US. I guess if you can get these books for under $60 (which is the cover price for the newer HCs) that would be a good price.

$207.50 + $10 s/h for Book 1. I guess I've been underpricing my hardcovers by quite a lot.

Or $20 as I was quoted to the UK. I figured I'd take my chances on this one on you making it here in October Stan
I wonder if the winner is from here though... he just bought a complete set of Mouse Guard from eBay too...
