I doubt it "officially" came out (i.e. this is not legit);
It looks like it was self made by scanning the cover of UY 19 (from the Grasscutter story arc) and modifying that scan with Photoshop-like software (awful combination of colors, if you ask me).
We should call the lawyer
Edit: No, don't actually call for him; the store selling it does say they sell used t-shirts, so they would easily claim they're not responsible for the design.
But we could show some taste and avoid buying a worn t-shirt with a color combination that hurts the eye...
... I mean, light purple, orange and yellow...revolting...

This is a legit, licensed shirt. It came out about 10 years ago, from Comic Images and licensed through Dark Horse. CI was printing a new Usagi shirt every three months for about a year, and soliciting through Diamond.

Probably not, Go. While I attempt to track everything Usagi, it's not always possible to track it all. At least with this I can save the image and post it on the collectibles page....
