Usagi hardcover #4 (Dragon Bellow)
As I've now ended up with two copies... I'm offering the spare for the same price I bought one of them from Stan, namely $90. If anything is interested, let me know

Well, the offer is really tempting; alas, my little trip to London (and some minor inconveniences on the way back) has left me a little broke....
Greetings from overseas

It would be easier paying me in GBP in the end, I just used US$ as I figured most who would be interested would understand the price. If you're serious I'll package it up and weigh it for a shipping quote. Don't have time tonight and I'm away until Sunday, so I'll do it when I return.

Okay I'm back... no Paypal makes it a bit trickier, unless you can get someone else to pay for you. I've haven't cashed a money order in ages and ages, but I think you would need to make it out in British pounds otherwise I would actually incur a substantial charge when I went to cash it. If an MO has to be it, I'll do some research just to refresh my memory...

Sorry for the delay Mayhem, but things went to hell this week.
Looks like I won't be able to purchase your hard cover.
Last week my fellow IT co-workers were all called into a meeting and told we have been outsourced. I just purchased a house and havent even moved in yet and now I have to look for a new job.
Im truly sorry if this causes any problems.

Mike-
I am sorry to hear about your misfortune. Hope things work out.
Mayhem-
has anyone taken you up on your offer yet? I do have Paypal, but I live in the states, do you have a problem shipping across the pond?

oh no Mike! So sorry to hear that. I hope things go well in the job market - I think it's pretty good out there - no?MikeM wrote:Sorry for the delay Mayhem, but things went to hell this week.

Sorry to hear about the loss of your job, MikeM. I hope you find a new one soon. It really shows the depth of your character in that you were so concerned about causing a problem for Mayhem, rather than focusing on your own situation.MikeM wrote:Sorry for the delay Mayhem, but things went to hell this week.

Hey no worries Mike, indeed sorry to hear about your situation, a real bummer there. Almost happened to me two years ago as well. It's not nice living under possible outsourcing threat. Hope you get a new job soon!
The job situation in the US is not hot right now. I work for a US company myself but in the UK, so I do get to see some of what goes on.
@Monkey - I'll ship anywhere as long as the buyer will pay for it. I didn't actually get around to making a weigh on the package, so I'll see when I get back from holiday (currently in the US myself visiting the other half).
