I believe PC stands for "Publisher Copy", but I could be wrong...

Sensei has stated somewhere here on the forum that, besides the X-hundred issues distributed via various shops (let's call them plain HCs), there are some going directly to him (AP = Artist Proof) and some go to the publisher; some of those sometimes find their way into ebay eventually.

I've been lucky enough to get a PC issue of "Travels with Jotaro" a while ago; not that these are in any way special (normally; my copy had no further plastic cover whatsoever), but I was lucky to find it for a decent price in the first place.

Hmm, that leads us to the issue of prices.... I think twice it's normal price is a bit steep for that book; you'll want to check out Heritage Source before throwing some good cash to these ebay sharks...
Greetings from overseas

"PC" generally means "Publisher's Copy", though I have sometimes seen it described as "Printer's Copy". Generally, all the hard cover editions are the same, except for the Artist's Copies which contain and extra original drawing.

Both of the books being shipped to you from Heritage Source should have (removable) plastic book covers over the dust jackets.
