Actually, it's not split. He made a mistake in the listing cuz he did a dutch auction where multiple bidders would have won or something very much like that so it's the same auction with all three comics. I won't last long in the bidding unless I get my state property tax refund soon...

I was bidding for it, but it went over $500. Oh well.

I was only looking for Albedo #2 since i got already Albedo #3 (you remember i was almost the only one to answer the last contest :) )
Looks like it will be too expansive for me too.

I just can't bring myself to go over the price guide list value.

A near mint copy goes for $400, ungraded.

So the very fine copy up for grabs is just too high, IMO.

Actually, the newest Overstreet 38th edition values NM- 9.2 at $550 and the VF 8.0 at $212. The newest Wizard at NM shows Albedo 2 @ $490. *sigh* way too much moola for me long ago...
Oh yeah, it's over $600 now!

There are several price guides out there and just like their name just a guide on how much is worth. So, we have a general idea of what a NM or VF is worth!

$930 final bid.

Not bad, actually. Went for less than a grand.
