An ebay seller, "dahnanthalas" (151), has listed the following hard-cover editions of Usagi Yojimbo Books 1 - 5 for sale on ebay.

USAGI YOJIMBO BOOK 1: THE RONIN, HC 1993
This is a First Edition hardcover of Usagi Yojimbo Book 1: The Ronin, published by Fantagraphics in 1993. I purchased this directly from Fantagraphics about 10 years ago. This is NOT a signed and numbered copy. My best guess is that Fantagraphics published a larger print run and then Stan Sakai signed a portion of the books. The book is in very good condition, with some shelf wear on the dust jacket.
USAGI YOJIMBO BOOK 2: SAMURAI, SIGNED AND NUMBERED HC
This is a signed and numbered hardcover of Usagi Yojimbo Book 2: “Samurai”, published by Fantagraphics in 1992. It is number 595 of 750 signed copies. It is in very good shape, but the dust jacket has a slice in the front on the right hand side, about 1-1/2” long. Otherwise it looks good.
USAGI YOJIMBO BOOK 3: THE WANDERER'S ROAD, S/N HC
This is a signed and numbered hardcover of Usagi Yojimbo Book 3: “The Wanderer's Road”, published by Fantagraphics in 1995. It is number 320 of 500 signed copies. It is in very nice condition, with only minor shelf wear on the dust jacket.
USAGI YOJIMBO BOOK 4: THE DRAGON BELLOW CONSPIRACY HC
This is a signed and numbered hardcover of Usagi Yojimbo Book 4: “The Dragon Bellow Conspiracy”, published by Fantagraphics in 1990. It is number 924 of 1500 signed copies. It is in very nice condition, with only minor shelf wear on the dust jacket.
USAGI YOJIMBO BOOK 5: LONE GOAT AND KID S/N HC
This is a signed and numbered hardcover of Usagi Yojimbo Book 5: “Lone Goat and Kid”, published by Fantagraphics in 1992. It is number 988 of 1000 signed copies. It is in very nice condition, with only minor shelf wear on the dust jacket.

I never saw your post until just now, thanks to your link. I wonder why it didn't show up when I clicked on the "View posts since last visit" button?
