I was visiting the forums over at Dark Horse Comics' web-site and ran across this post....
Needless to say, I promptly pre-ordered a copy to go with my s/n hardcover edition.

As I'm not on Facebook, anyone care to rehost the plate image for us to see?

If you are not on Facebook, how are you going to become my Farmtown neighbor? Or join the Usagi Yojimbo Facebook Group?

According to this comment, the book plate is also being offered in copies of the 2 volume slip-cased Usagi Yojimbo: The Special Edition from Fantagraphics ordered from P2P.

Cheers for that. I take it, with the price from P2P, that they are offering the unlimited softcover version with the plate? I've already pre-ordered my Fantagraphics SE from somewhere in the UK cos the shipping would be silly territory otherwise.
As for Facebook, I'm not on any social networking site; they just aren't my cup of tea

This is completely off topic of this thread but I as a nerd, I find this stuff (social networking) exciting.
As for Facebook, I'm not on any social networking site; they just aren't my cup of tea
I can respect that.
I used to think social networking was just egotistic folks. I still think that sometimes (especially looking at my tweets / facebook updates) but I am starting to understand it's real value - instant information sharing.
When we had the Jesusita fires in Santa Barbara, I learned I was being evaculated through twitter 10 minutes before I got the reverse 911 call. I got much more information about the fire from my fellow SB twittering (sending pictures, info, links to updated websites, etc.) than I got from local media outlets.
Check out this great explaination on how twitter by passed censors and change China's response to the recent earthquake:
While news from Iran streams to the world, Clay Shirky shows how Facebook, Twitter and TXTs help citizens in repressive regimes to report on real news, bypassing censors (however briefly). The end of top-down control of news is changing the nature of politics.

Here is a recent update from P2P concerning a second exclusive book plate which will be available with Usagi Yojimbo: Yokai orders placed through Panel2Panel.
paneltopanel.net wrote:The same bookplate which is being offered with Volume 23 is also being offered with the Fantagraphics boxed set. Stan is producing an all new bookplate for the YOKAI book, and copies of that book can be pre-ordered now at
www.paneltopanel.net (in the EXCLUSIVES section). Order now, and you just may be lucky enough to have your ordered shipped in a Stan Sakai sketched envelope! (pictures are available on the Panel to Panel Facebook page and Panel to Panel blog).
