Usagi Yojimbo DojoBoard

I am looking for Space Usagi series 2, issue #1 from 1993, published by Mirage. Not the usual purple cover, but the ashcan edition that was published with a monotone yellow cover, and the words "ashcan edition" right on the cover.

Ashcan editions were printed as promotional items, usually in limited quantities, and often given away at conventions or along with some other product, or sent directly to comic book shops.

I'm hoping someone, somewhere, picked up a couple of these and will part with one. I would be happy to negotiate a price, or make a very favorable trade!

I don't recall seeing one since the last time the ashcans were brought up so... happy hunting still...!

I can only suggest you check out miragelicensing.com they still have a large back bin of their issues and at the moment even frequently post ebay auctions with all their books not listed on the site(peter laird brought his personal back issues for sale..)
since these isues seem so rare it is only a mere chance that they'll have one of those but the possibillity is there.
