Ahhhhhh, Satan get thee behind me!!! Here I am trying to stop buying stuff and you throw this up!

Actually, thanks for the post and link! I have never seen or heard of this one. Was this done for Sharon's health fund? Dated 2014.

It is really great.

I think each artist got to keep their extras, but I haven't seen any for sale. I thought Sergio would have had his listed online since Groo posters/prints can be purchased that way.

Oh Boy! You are not helping here!!! ;)

I would LOVE one of the Groo ones! I used to buy the Groos back in the late '80's off the rack.

If you know of anyway to source one of those, I'd love to hear about it. (also the one with Usagi riding the beast. That one is amazing!)

Thanks!
Buck

Bill Morrison was a guest at the Pasadena Comics and Toy Show yesterday and I signed a bunch of his Usagi prints. I think one guy pretty much bought all that he had.

Oh Man, I am so envious of all these southern California Comic-cons/shows! Cannot wait for NYC and Boston Comic cons this next fall.

Not sure if you will be at those Stan but I have never attended a Comic-con and they sound like so much fun.

I wonder if the ebay seller is the same gentleman that bought all the posters yesterday. The seller is located in LA and is a large comic/comic art ebay dealer.

As a professional artist like yourself, does it ever bother you to see someone buy 20-50 of your prints all at once at one of the events and then start selling them on ebay the next day for 2-4x the amount he bought them in mass?

I'm not judging as I do not have a horse in this race, but just curious as to what you think?

We have already made our money off of it, so it is fine. However, if a dealer asks us to sign a lot of merchandise it is customary to pay for the time it takes to sign all of them. There was a dealer in Boston who wanted about 50 things signed. He paid an additional $100 for the signatures and a few photos of me signing.

Ah, thank you for the reply.

I always almost felt guilty about buying something on ebay or some other site that had been purchased from you for a lesser price. I was worried that I was somehow undercutting you and making you lose profits.

But, besides the trade shows, you do not sell things directly, do you?

Thanks again,
Buck
