Wow! A bit high indeed!
Although it is nicely framed but still way out of my price range.

Agreed. And as a run of 400, not super rare either.Mayhem wrote:That's... a little high!
I think my high end for any print would be around $100, but it would have to be an extremely cool print at that price. At the $600 price point for this, I'd much rather spend that on an original piece of art. I could get a really, really nice commission at that price and have the only one instead of a copy that is just 1 of 400.

Thanks to the U.S. or French postal service, there is at least one of these prints floating around lost somewhere which was mailed to Fanfan several years back and never arrived.

It wouldn't surprise me if it was because of the French postal service. The tracking of packages is pretty awful.Steve Hubbell wrote:Thanks to the U.S. or French postal service, there is at least one of these prints floating around lost somewhere which was mailed to Fanfan several years back and never arrived.

Although, you'll probably agree, not as bad as Italy... even the couple of Italian friends I have recommend the utmost care shipping stuff to them!

The only times I used Italian post was when I was shipping from France to Italy, so I don't know who was to blame when my packages went missing.Mayhem wrote:Although, you'll probably agree, not as bad as Italy... even the couple of Italian friends I have recommend the utmost care shipping stuff to them!

The only advice I can give is to NEVER send a package internationnally without including tracking.
The tracking is not always great, it can even sometimes be really bad, but at least if there is tracking and the package get lost the post administration will try to look for it (they managed to locate a few packages which were late/wrongly routed for me). If there is no tracking, they won't even try.

Anyone know if this print sold over the last month on ebay?
I was just thinking about it today and I cannot access ebay at work.

Dear BuckRogers,
No the $600 banner print did not sell.
