WANTED: Usagi Sketchbook #2

I know this is a longshot... but have been looking for the "Usagi Yojimbo sketchbook #2" for a while and can not find it ANYWHERE!
It is the only sketchbook I am missing to complete my collection.
If anyone has any leads on tracking Sketchbook #2 down, please let me know.
