I haven't forgotten the comic. My life just likes to throw me curveballs.

I did draw this yesterday though - basicaly, a friend asked if I had ever drawn Kitsune in a modern outfit, and I figured I'd try it, and settled on adapting her for modern day. Imagine she'd still be a street dancer, though it'd be more like breakdancing and such.

Got commissioned to draw Jei duking it out with Elric of Melniboné, from the Elric Saga fantasy books. I am not at all familiar with the latter, so I hope I got him at least somewhat right.

Because you kept praising Noriko for being a great villain, I can't help but wonder why you never drew any fanart of her. Also, I think she deserves to become a re-occuring villain. I'd love to see an arc where she teams up with Jei to kill Usagi, with her motivation for killing Usagi being that she figured out that Tomoe cares for him, due to how readily she gave herself up just to protect him, and Noriko thinks that killing Usagi would plunge Tomoe into complete and utter despair.

I did try once, but didn't like the result much. I may give it another go sometime.

Wow, look - I'm not dead!

Yeah, sorry folks. THe last few months have seen me busy with a few projects, but I am still around. And actually, I might well be posting something rather exciting in here in a few days...

But for now, I was sitting around having a bit of an off day, as I was hit by a small, but persistent headache from the moment I got up and the entire day. So I ended up just absentmindedly doodling, and sketched bunch of Usagi characters - some I haven't drawn in years, and a few I have NEVER drawn before.

Well, I got bored enough to finish one, so here's Inazuma, who we all sorely miss.
