Very nice. A younger Katsuichi, before he became hardened by life. I do wonder though, why his right arm just hangs by his side.

Your inking is very nice. Did you use a pen? If so, have you tried using a brush? You can get a wide variation in line widths, with less work. It just takes some practice to control it.

Excellent work.

I like the sound of that width thing  ....Thanks :) Im glad you like it. When I was doing it, I forgot to age him....LoL!

Nice work, indeed ! I couldn't do such thingd myself, I have two left hands.

But just a little inconsistency : Katsuichi only lost his left eye in Circles part I, he was quite old at this time and Usagi was no longer his apprentice.

Maybe Katsuichi-sensei doesn't look as old as he should, but I must say this is a very nice drawing. I like the way you've inked the pic. It's always interesting to see other people draw Mr Sakai's characters in their own styles. I would try... if I knew how to draw anthros properly.

Nice job!
