Katsucon 14 (2008) - Cosplay as Jei

Having been to Katsucon a few times, I figured I would try to get in on the Cosplay scene at last. For my first real outing, I went with Jei - being somewhat tall and skinny, it was much easier to pull him off than anyone else in the series. 
For my first run, it came out OK. I want to improve the topknot & wig (It kept moving on me), and get better covering makeup. Sadly, the still photo didn't show off any flowing fabric in a dynamic fashion, like we usually see on Jei. My white-out lenses got stuck in the bottles then the safety seals would not come off without using major household appliances at the con! Hopefully 2009 will be a bit better...
Mask is by Lyonshell Studios
Spear is by Iron Liege (It's a game-legal Boffer Spear, which is why it's a bit short).
Wig(s) by CosWorx. The topknot is an extension clip fed through a cardboard tube, wrapped in hockey tape. I need to secure it to the wig better, possibly with wire.
