Sergio Aragones working for DC Comics?

Post by MikeM »

Am I reading this right? How sweet is this?
Sergio writing the Spirit and the western mini series Bat Lash for DC Comics.
I will definitely be getting those. Mind you, I already get The Spirit.

I don't think I will.

My lettering style goes well with Groo and Usagi, but I don't know how it will do with The Spirit. Besides, an unannounced artist will be doing the art. I'm comfortable working with Sergio, but working with someone else..? I don't know.

I hate to say it, but I hope not!

If you take on any more work, Usagi might not come out on time!

Does this new work from DC Comics mean Sergio might go company exclusive?? Aside from the creator owned Groo stuff coming from Dark Horse??

I hope Marvel doesn't try to sneak an exclusive deal on the side to steal him away from his upcoming DC work!
