Has anyone else seen this documentary? I found it mirthful and interesting.
It's about a man going for the world record in Donkey Kong and the trials that surprisingly develop from it.

Re: King of Kong: Fistful of Quarters
I checked this out from my local library yesterday. It was fantastic. Like great documentaries, the subject (donkey kong high score) is really just a background plot. The real story is the personalities, relationships and conflicts of Steve Wiebe (the underdog), Billy Mitchell (the champion), Twin Galaxies geek staff (the official score keepers). I found myself cheering for Steve and shaking my head at Billy.knightmagetim wrote:Has anyone else seen this documentary? I found it mirthful and interesting.

Even Cheryl, who cares nothing for Donkey Kong or any type of video game, enjoyed this film a lot. Jet_jaguar is correct, it is worth seeing even if you aren't interested in video games.
Here's a trialer on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3K7wpatALDQ
