My Daughter's Japanese 7th Birthday Party

Hello UYDers,

Cheryl asked my daughter Cami what kind of party she wanted for birthday. She said, "Japanese." Cheryl is a great party planner: we had fan decorating, tea ceremony, origami crane making, musubi making/tasting, and kimono dress up. I only got to video the fan decorating and tea ceremony because I was running the musubi making station after that.

We told them that we have sweets with the bitter tea because life is a mix of bitter and sweet.
