Ronin rambling in Orlando

Post by Fanfan »

The bad news is i didn't sign last month for a new job, due to the "crisis" effect...

The good news (i don't know if it is good by the way) is i was asked today to go for work next week in Orlando...

Well, I hope i'll see Amy and good fellows there. I don't like those last minute travel... I planned no cerebral accident this year...

Sorry to hear about the new job, I know you were anticipating an improvement in work enviroment with the new job.

And best wishes for a healthier and more enjoyable visit to Orlando this time around.

Send me a postcard, if you get a chance!

Hello Fanfan,

I hope your time in Orlando is good for you economically and also good for your soul and body. How long are you going to be there?

Peace, maka

I'll be there from 4 to 10th May, the 8 and 9 it will be free days, and i have to book an hotel.

Got to email Amy too.

I would like to go to the Dali Museum this year.

It will be my fist travel alone since the accident so i am a bit anxious, and moreover it is where i got the accident, but i suppose it will be easier after that... and i suppose i need to have some time for myself, a desert or a friary would have been great but i will take what i have, i won't complaint to travel for free.

My sister-in-law went there a few years ago and I think she enjoyed it.

If you want to save a whopping $2.00 you can print out this coupon. :)

finally since Amy wasn't there and i didn't hear news from any of you there (grrrrr) i will come back friday, i was a bit stressed by this first trip alone since my accident and in Orlandi and i wouldn't stay alone.

I am right here in Chicagi airport, enjoying free time thanks to customs that made me miss my correspondance, yi-ha

If i had known i would have taken time to hail Steve, but this trip was a last minute one, so...
well, i can switch my ticket and stay one more day after all, we ll see.

nothing more to say Steve,

i had a long way back since RIM changed at last minute my flights because a lot of people missed their correspondance thursday...

So finally i didn't have my friday morning (so you won't receive any postcard... sorry...), i had a long wait in Miami airport then in the plane (since there was no more air conditioning we couldn't take off and it was some kind of hot !)

I could talk you about RIM-blackBerry but i dont think it would be very interesting here...
well, i got good contacts with 3 companies (one US, one french and one from germany) that would be interested by my profile, so who knows ? perhaps it will help to get change after all, and beyond this "crisis".
Till any signature i won't talk of it anymore.

Well, after some stress i can confess (+ the organisation gave me the same hotel where the accident occured last year...) and very bad feelings, i think this trip has been therapeutical for me. Like a cycle is complete and i can go forward now.
