Legendary Pictures' Godzilla

Post by Angilasman »

You guys have probably all been obsessed with big, fancy panels stating big, fancy things about uncoming things which are big and fancy at SDCC.

...but for me, no news has been bigger than the T-shirts given away by Legendary Pictures which has the first piece of art released for their upcoming Godzilla film:

Is that fancy enough for ya?!

Hey, that's actually...pretty cool. A lot better than "Emmerichzilla" if nothing else.

Of course, I'm guessing this is probably going to be an all-CGI Godzilla and not a "Man in Suit" one like all proper Godzilla movies should have. :(

Apparently this isn't actually from the movie: Legendary hired a team to put out a little early promotion for the film.

Still, it shows a marked difference between Tristar's publicity of their Godzilla film which tried to distance itself from the original - Legendary has been quick to say we're getting a more faithful Godzillla.
