I have always been a fan of Star Wars and the character of Darth Maul is simply one of the best in the series in my opinion.
Check out this fan made Darth Maul film...at 18 minutes this is very impressive. I have no real knowledge of what it takes to do something like this but I imagine it was not cheap and at 2 years of time invested, obviously a huge undertaking for all involved. Very admirable to see something created simply because they loved the character and thought he should have had way more screen time. The Clone Wars series on cartoon network brought Maul back from his apparent demise in the Phantom Menace and those new episodes were simply some of the best of that series. Sam Witmer gave a perfect voice performance in the Clone Wars series. Visually, Darth Maul is a brilliant character design...simple, unique and instantly recognizable.
