Usagi's deviant account wrote:He incourages for me to sell my work...but I am not to sure If my work is sellable,
I've seen people on deviantarts with art that is, no exaggeration, a million-zillionth as good as yours BRAGGING that we poor fools can buy their art. I have no idea what the costs of setting up for production are, but don't let worries about your quality put you off.

I do not think for a min I am as good as other artists on DA (or at cons for that matter)
I try to keep my photoshop works and computer pics at a medium, and I try to stick with troditional pens and markers...

But i feel I am at the bottom of the list when it comes to matters of the sort, Know one wants torditionaly done work anymore, but the one sad this is, I do see other artists who only do one style (anime) or just dont exspand, because they know, people Love that style and know thats what makes people go Ape of their work.
I dont beg, nore really go outragious in price if I am lucky someone thinks my work is acceptable to buy....I guss because all I am famouse for is

"your Style is very different- Unique then other artists"
But really....I donno, I personally think everyone likes my sisters work better (click on the Cat on the website)...Shes had a lot better luck then I ... :) Which I am very happy for her...But I guss Im just scard of trying to sell my work, and I am just a flop in the Art world, and I get to thinking Is Art and Comics really my dream?...

I will admit, and Its not because its on this foarm, But people like Stan, and Koge-Donbo (Studio Broccli) and Hayo Miyazaki .. and other artests (that are also mintiond in my DA acount)- give me big insparation to do my works, but i do not use their styles...and I think people get dissapointed when they dont see that in someones wrok, who admits to having insparation.

I don't make much money from my artwork, but I keep doing it because I love it. Making artwork brings me a lot of joy. It's great stress relief and maybe, art therapy! And hey, if I make a buck or two, so be it!

I say, follow your heart and follow your art...but don't quit your day job! That's my motto.

Over the past 15 weeks Iv been a slave to the Real life drawings, at which now I cannot stand because all we are doing are Portrates, I want to be able to alteast pull off one abstract or comic fill joyment for a time LoL! I have little Ideas.
( I did one with the fall of the Berlin wall and my sister and A firend and I are trying to figyure out how to get to the West...A great history ref is the piles of News papers form the Fall of the wall and what happend...I remember that stuff was brutal! I was 4 at that time LoL!)

I dont seek fans in my work, and im greatfull to the ones who are, Maybe I should keep my Comics and Art off to the side and stop liveing in a fantacy world were I think I can become a Comic artist....Only lucky ones get a break in the bussness..and I dont know how the system works...but i tihnk i am no were close to as good or as close to being descoverd , as many other talented artists are.- I dont really have a day job yet....school is in the way.but I do plan to get one soon. :D
