they closed so many roads, my school was closed because of it.

i dont see why its such a big deal, he goes to the museum of civilisation, then goes home, and everthing closes.

speaking of museums, this city is full of them.

the museum of:

civilisation
war (building a new one)
nature
science and tech
ski (i have no idea)
diefenbunker
biodiversity
currency
textile
art


its the city of museums!

Ottawa is NOT the city of museums. Try hitting New York. Or Paris. Or London. Or Tokyo. Or Beijing. Or Berlin. Or anyplace where history comes from. Not like some made up country like Canada. With their Moose. HA!

That was sarcasm by the way. Except for it not being a city of museums. Seriously, Manhattan alone has a museum every block.

Ottawa's... a city of museums, I guess. Never been there. London has a pretty fair pile of museums. Amsterdam is LOUSY with them, some so tiny as to devote all their space to a single artist! Frankly, I think there's a general lack of museums. People need to be more aware of history, if for no other reason than to be aware of the remarkably stupid things people and nations have done.

How was Pres. Bush, by the way? Untroubled by sight of protestors, I assume.
