Well, John Milius originally did plan Conan as a trilogy. I think one problem with making another Conan movie would be that Basil Poledouris is no longer available to compose the score since he died a year or two ago. Of course, you could always bring in someone else to recycle the themes from the first movie, but that just wouldn't be the same.
