I'm looking forward to this film. Seems to be a "Dirty Dozen" like samurai film coming out in Japan this September. Here's a couple of trailers I found.

It is a remake of an earlier film, part of a loose "trilogy" of films by Eiichi Kudo, one of the many Japanese directors who are relatively unknown in the USA. I mentioned them here on the Dojo forum a while back in this thread.
