Sharon, Matt, and I spent a very pleasant evening with Go and his wonderful wife. The food was delicious, and the companionship even better. Thank you for your hospitality, Go.
One of the neat things I get to experience is meeting the readership of Usagi Yojimbo. Fanfan took a week off from work to accompany me around the Emerald Coast of France. Mayhem and Thomas showed us around London. Special dinners and gatherings have been organized by Todd, Steve, Shaxper, and others. I must say that this Dojo is an extraordinary community.

This is so cool. Artist often say thank you to their fans. But how often do you see them (with their family) sharing a meal with them (with their family!). Food is hospitality and community in my world.
Todd Shogun created a unique place on-line for us fans to connect with our love and enjoyment of Usagi Yojimbo. The here fans came/come together to that. But the people here have also come together to wish people a good marriage, celebrate new births, give advice, wish people recovery from health scares, and ramble on about Usagi and other non-Usagi passions. I really enjoy this UY Dojo a lot. You all have added a little more excitement to my life. Thank you all.
The fact that Mr. Sakai is such an active part of this on-line community and goes beyond to give his fans something more is amazing. That says a lot about him and you all. Just awesomeness. Makes me smile.
Peace, maka
