TAO - Drumming

Yesterday I was in a concert of the japanese drumming group TAO.

If you're interested, this site starts with a short trailer:
http://www.drum-tao.de/

It was fantastic! Such overwhelming drum-, flute-, horn- and many others sounds. I read, they've been on tour in the US, last year? For those in Germany, who can watch them, I say: Go there!^^

For an Usagi-fan, like I am, the concert was more. Of course.
Having the latest adventures of Usagi in my mind, and watching those BIG drums in real, and hearing the thunder... great.

The musicians were so... excellent? fast?

Looks awesome!

I have seen the Taiko group Kodo perform, which was very enjoyable. I would love to see more such groups perform here in Kalamazoo, MI.

Really great to see our youth in so many cities taking an interest in Taiko.

Peace, maka

Daughter Hannah and her friend went to see Kodo just a few days ago at the Disney Concert Hall here in LA.
