Jishin-uo, the Earthquake Fish, has moved his tail again... :)

Anyway, most of the damages were recorded in the Ishikawa and Toyama prefectures. A relatively rural area, nothing comparable to the great Kobe earthquake in 1995, which severely struck the densely urbanized Kansai area. No need to worry.

Although the two earthquakes had similar magnitudes, they caused 6,434 casualties in 1995, and (fortunately) only one in 2007.
