Kamen Rider collectable coin set from the Franklin Mint

When I first saw this, I wasn't sure if this was real, but I think that it is:

According to Patrick Macias, these cost about $300, which seems a little...steep to me (I think that I rather put that toward some manga or DVDs or something else):
