is right??is adaptated the verb??I hope it is if not you will hate me because of my english that sucks so much..

well the I used the search(thx steve for the recomendation of how to use it no only puting the name of the manga or the author and for the explanation of some words like f$%k)and i didnt find a topic where you talk about this.

I know about the kojima adaptations..(I hope DH license this, well I think I am going a bit repetitive with the "I hope Dh license",really I want all the best of the best mangas of samurais and ninjas in Dh,that is the truth)

but the one that I really one know if it exists,is the one of takao saito(golgo 13),some years ago I think I saw 2 volumes of manga offered in the previews at the end of it,where are the japanese manga and the artbooks..

It would be very cool to put in these topics all kind of mangas that we find that are adaptated from the movies of kurosawa with their respectives authors..

I hope there is a fan or a lot of people fan o saitos work!!

saludos amigos...

pd: Takao saito rules!!!he has a lot of ninjas and samurais mangas that must be licensed!!!!!

The only Kurosawa films adapted to manga I have ever heard of were the few that Goseki Kojima did. I am by no means an authority on Japanese manga and there could be lots of adaptions of which I've never heard.

The Kojima adaptions may have been mentioned on the forums here, but I don't remember for sure.

Have you checked out the Yahoo Group for Kozure Okami (Lone Wolf and Cub)? There are several knowledgable members of that group who enjoy samurai manga and who read it in the original Japanese.

By the way, your English seems quite good to me, (then again, I spend a lot of time reading babelfish translations :D ), much better than my Spanish or French, etc.

Abayo....

I have the Seven Samurai (2 part) and the Yojimbo manga. I don't have them in front of me, but I think they were adapted by Kojima.

I had ordered them a few years ago through the Diamond catalog.
