Hi ! I'm new here and one of Sakai Sensei's fan
Thank you for posting this channel !
Last summer, i went to Japan for 4 months (and could experience the Japanese local food). Back home, i was still amazed by what i had eaten and ended up subscribing to this very good address after trying some of the (very good) recipes => So i highly recommand it !!
The dog's japanese accent is very funny and may be a bit confusing for those who don't speak english fluently

Where in Japan did you go? I would love to be able to spend 4 months in Japan.s.p wrote: Last summer, i went to Japan for 4 months (and could experience the Japanese local food).
Where in France do you live? I love going there. I think I have been there 4 times in the past 9 years. I had to decline an invitation this year for 2 weeks in France, because of other commitments. I hope I am invited next year.
I went on Hokkaido Island (most of the time in Noboribetsu Onsen) for a 4 month "work experience" (working in a hotel mostly to form in cooking). It really was a great experience discovering Japanese people, culture, cooking(!) etc. especially because the atmosphere is different from over crowded megalopolis like Tokyo that i couldn't visit unfortunately. The health resort was almost lost in the forest !Stan Sakai wrote: Where in Japan did you go? I would love to be able to spend 4 months in Japan.
I do have a lot of interest in Usagi Yojimbo for a large amount of reasons one of whom is because i remember and recognize some aspects of Japan i had seen and enjoyed
I live in southern France, in Nice : ) It's a sunny and nice place where a lot of its inhabitant don't know their chance to live in such a beautiful region (without being chauvinistic) ^^Stan Sakai wrote:Where in France do you live?
I hope you'll be invited in France next year ..!

Stan have you ever been invitated by a country in an artist house as a host ?
I have to see with Thomas, but i have free my week end at the end of august to come in Berlin, hope I will see you there.
And of course it will be a pleasure as everytime to see you again in France. I hope you will be able to discover other areas next time.
(I even changed my car with a japanese Dahiatsu Materia so if needed it would be more convenient)
