This is a pretty fun show, sort of a crazy mashup of Spiderman and a 70s tokusatsu series:

Finally. Subtitles in ENGLISH. There was one on YouTube in English, but the subtitles were more parody than literal.

By the way, TOEI wanted to be true to the comics, but toy manufacturer Ban Dai wanted to make more money and transforming robots were popular so they had TOEI include Marveller/Leopardon in the show. Unfortunately, the Leopardon suit was stolen after the first episode so they had to make do with stock footage from episode 2 onward.
His car, the Spider Machine, was presumably ALSO included for toy sales.

Leopardon was also released in America as part of the Shogun Warriors line.
