Having a giant Kappa that can stomp a city like Godzilla seems to be taking a bit of creative license with Japanese folklore, but this looks like a cool movie anyway:

I wonder if they stop it by having a crowd of a few thousand bow to him causing the liquid to spill from his head as he bows back.

I'm guessing helicopters and tanks though. Unless they awaken MOTHRA!
