Today was an awesome day. In the mail, I received a very cool package: my s/n hardcovers of UY volumes 23 and 29! :D
When I placed the order, I requested sketches of my two favorite characters besides Usagi. The sketches turned out amazing! Thank you to UYD daimyo dhfujii for arranging everything and to Sensei Sakai for the great sketches! Here they are:

Sasuke! My favorite supporting character! This reminds me of his appearance in Traitors of the Earth, after the fight with the demon tree. Super awesome!

Gen! My other favorite supporting character! He seems to be deep in thought about something. Maybe the meaning of life. Or how to cheat Usagi into paying for lunch.

Thanks again dhfujii and Stan! The books and sketches are both amazing!

All this and the first Lone Wolf and Cub omnibus waiting for me at the comic book store. Today was pretty great. 8)

Awesome sketches!

I hope I can get a Sasuke drawing one of these years.....

:D

[EDIT] Watch out, Lone Wolf and Cub is pretty heavy reading! And a 28 volume long story-line that slowly builds to an epic conclusion. It is a masterpiece of Love, Honor, and Vengeance!

Ah, cool sketches! Gen is my favorite (in case my avatar didn't give that fact away!), but the Sasuke is pretty awesome as well.
