Wow, the actual page is up for auction?! As if November wasn't already becoming expensive enough for me already...!

I would guess that the reserve is AT LEAST four fifty or five hundred dollars.....

Definitely more... I wonder if the seller purchased this directly from Stan or if it was acquired by some other means? Not sure how it works for submitting art for the SDCC Program Book...if the original art is simply donated to SDCC or if you send in copies, and keep the original for yourself?

I don't know either but I bought the 20th anniversary of UY original art for the SDCC program directly from Mr. Sakai himself.

San Diego prefer that you send in good photocopies or tif images, so they do not have to handle original art.

I sold that piece at the con.

That seller certainly made a very nice profit. I've been told so many times that my pieces are drastically underpriced.

I don't know if this means much to you guys or not, but the guy who bought that piece is a poster on this board and is a real cool guy, so he will definitely give the page a good home and not look to profit from it or any other nefarious thing we might imagine. I bought a lot of import Japanese music from him, and from time to time had ebay wars with him that he usually wins!

And me for once... I was gonna ask if the winner was someone here or not.
