I get confused about these things. Can someone sell such items, even with the following disclaimer: *NEITHER THE ARTIST OR THE SELLER CLAIM OWNERSHIP OF THE CHARACTER DEPICTED --
Still... I suppose the "original sketch" part is the ragged ears, followed by the "I studied pictures of this picture to get it just right".
