So as we wait for the verdict.... does this mean I have to play bidding war with mayhem if its approved… 8)? Maybe I could get get our friend from the UK an unfolded UY poster that’s coming up from DK this spring to soften his bid a bit - my neighbor here in Milwaukie OR (artist Matt Camp of Zero Killer (want to see his lovely girlfriend Jade who he says " I swear to God was not my inspiration...” as we all laugh…check out issue #1) who has a bit of an “in” for me down the street where he works) … actually anyone that would like an unfolded version drop me a line and Ill do what I can before they “package” them .. or maybe they won’t fold this one ...either way happy to help out if I can..sama

It is not authorized or licensed, but it is pretty neat. I have no problem with them making just one, though DH might.

Not me. I was at around the $20 level. Ha!

But it looks like Boskoes Toys is a couple of guys doing custom figures out of Pennsylvania. I think they are unlicensed, but they have a ton of stuff all over custom figure boards. What separates them though is that they do their own sculpting instead of taking parts from other toys and "building" a figure.

Illegal? I dunno. But their talent is remarkable. However, Roel is still the king as far as Usagi pieces. I still can;t wait to see the Ino completed figure.

I got it. I paid more than double what I told myself I would bid.

Tinlantern, I'm going to have to disagree with you about the figure. They did do a 'build' with this figure because I recognize the head, belt, swords and more from the TMNT UY figure from a few years ago. That figure had the twisting motion as a feature which actually took away from the figures overall play-a-bility mainly cuz of the poor design.
But, regardless of whether it's a rebuilt figure. It appears to be a fantastic one of a kind extremely poseable Usagi that any of us would love to have!
