Even though I think I have those DH Extras, they have been on my 'radar' for some time now. Over the weekend I tried looking for my issues, where I thought I might have them (i.e. where I last recall seeing them), but couldn't find them there. Either they are buried elsewhere in the recesses of my storehouse, or I no longer have them.
Please let me know if you ever find a source for them.
