Re: 47 Ronin
I'm sure someone has probably already posted this, but I just stumbled on Stan's 4-pager where he talks to Usagi about working on 47 Ronin.

Great!

Re: 47 Ronin
I have to say, I bought the first issue because I love Stans work. I eventually read it, and even when I was a few pages in thought, I wish Stan would just do Usagi. But I tell you what, the story grabbed me and I couldn't believe how much I enjoyed the issue. Wow, I couldn't stop thinking about it. Once I'm done reading the mini, I'm going to read some books on the 47 Ronin. So as much as I look forward to the next issue of Usagi, I am ultra excited for the next issue of 47 Ronin. Great artwork and great story. Loved it all. Thanks.

Re: 47 Ronin
well, I received and read my copy of 47 ronin book II and just stumbled down to share with you my feelings about this book..I loved it, at first in book 1 for me, not familiar with the story, it was at times a little hard to keep up with all the various names, but no big problem in the end.here in the continuation though it felt much less 'crowded' with characters so it was easier to follow everything from the getgo..again, it reads to me like I disliked that in the first book but I really didnt, its just that here it was a little more fluent for me.
the cover is wonderful as lord asanos metaphor with the cherry tree and its planter...the cover for the newxt book really looks intriguing, too I have to say and I cant wait to read on...I think Ill brew up some hot jasmine tea(my usagi tea;)..) and lay on the floor tonight re-reading the first two books.

I work in a comic store in the UK. When this book came in, I loved it. Can't wait for the next issue!
