Usagi Is trained by Katsuichi sensei, who was left alone and was not in any specific school, so we can say Usagui was trained in the VERY special katsuichi School

I don't think there are any real martial arts schools represented in UY, instead, Stan made them up. That, and what Pekass said.

Katsuichi-san rejected the traditional eight schools of swordsmanship, so Usagi has a unique fighting style.

If you check out issue 71 (which I STILL haven't been able to get my hands on -_-;; ) it explains how Katsuichi came to his decision to reject the traditional schools (if I recall reading correctly).
