Dark Horse Extra
Out of interest, given the issues I bought containing "A Lesson in Courtesy" turned up today, how would you normally go about obtaining these in the US? Is it a subscription? Something for a Dark Horse mailing list? I actually have no idea and that's something that just popped in my head to ask I guess...

All I can say is that they were available once upon a time through the local comic shop were I shop for free, even though they have a 25¢ cover price. The Dark Horse web-site lists issue #50 as the last issue, dated August 2002. Looking at one, you can see that they were basically a brief preview of the upcoming releases from the company for that month, with a few strips and a poster tossed in. Pretty neat.
