I was lucky to meet Stan at the Montreal Comicon. The encounter was short but he is really the kind artist that everyone describes. (and bonus editor Diana Schutz was also there !).
The bounty : two regular book sketches and a commission.
Thank you Stan !

It is the first time I order a commission (I have other originals that I bought from sellers or individuals). I did ask for a Usagi/Jotaro father/son theme and was curious of the result. I am more than happy with this piece, Stan did an astounding work.
I hope I will be able to get another one sometimes in the future. Hey Stan, are you coming back in Canada anytime soon ?

Sergio and I really had a great time in Montreal. I may be at TCAF in Toronto in May, 2012. Pal Jeff Smith will be there, and it is always nice to hang out with him.
TCAF is really a great convention. It is more oriented to independant/underground comics but not only. The organizers are working hard to propose a great event each year. There is always great guests from around the world (Japan, France, etc.).
