Do you know Courtney Crumrin ? (Oni press)
It was a pleasure to meet Ted Naifeh both in Paris and Angoulême. His stand was in front of Stan's stand in Angoulême.

A Cosmo contribution (for Monthy Python fans):

Image
The translation :
- You see, Gen : always look on the bright side of life !
- You want me to do the choirs, don't you ? By the way, what on earth are you doing hanging on this cross...? Acting in a movie ?
Cosmo made this one because i had very bad news...

Very nice. I really like the Usagi jack-o-lantern.

Do they carve jack-o-lanterns from pumpkins in France? I know trick-or-treating and Halloween (All Hallows' Eve) is pretty new there. The next day (All Saints' Day) is observed.

Some years ago Halloween stroke in force in France (because of US TV show and movies in fact)... but now it is less popular... but one can see more pumpkins than before, i even saw jack-o-lanterns but in countryside.
All saint's day is less observed than before, and our "french" halloween, a day where children get in disguise : Mardi Gras (Pancake Tuesday) is almost forgotten...
