New UYD T-shirt Design
Stan has finished the new UYD's t-shirt design. Take a gander at:

Let me know what you all think. You'll notice the similarity to the Grasscutter design that is prominently displayed here on the website. Tha kanji reads Usagi Yojimbo. The front will probably feature small design in the upper left (taking suggestions). I am also thinking of a sleeve design...

Shogun-sama:
Don Nishimura (of the back-yard t-shirt shop) is still willing to make up some 4-5 color shirts incorporating whatever design we would like. I think that this design should be in the front over the left breast area. The back could possibly have the ALBEDO NR #2 and the 20th anniversary cover side by side? I think that the sleeves should have the UY mon on one side and perhaps a UYD mon on the other side?

I was thinking of using the new art as the back of the t-shirt design. Can Don color the kimono and sword? I believe that's all we would need. The design would contain the website address underneath like the first t-shirt and "20th Anniversary of Usagi Yojimbo" under that (or above; whichever looks best) The front left breast will have maybe the Albedo NR 2 shot with "Usagi Yojimbo Dojo" underneath. The Mon design (which will be small, not too overbearing) will be on the sleeve this time around. Not sure about having it on both sleeves though... we gotta keep costs low! What do you all think about going with a really old shot of UY like from the History of UY page? Maybe the 1st t-shirt design to commemorate 20 years of UY t-shirts as well? I like the Albedo NR 2 design for the front, but we may have to cut it down vertically to make it sit well...

Ah! That does sound good! I do believe that Don Nishimura can do the new design in color, (blue with a blue shading like here on the DojoBoard?) with the 20th anniversary of UY underneath. The rest (ALBEDO on the front breast area, with website address below, and mon on the right shoulder?) Perhaps we should submit various ideas to Don to see what he thinks will look the best. Maybe even get a mock-up. Also, how about the ALBEDO in full color? (It can be done per our previous arrangement...)
