Dark Horse Signing and Preview question

I ran across the Dark Horse Signing and Preview for 2007 and 2008. Does anyone know what Usagi stories are included and are they available in some other media?

I believe they only preview cover art.

The 2009 issue has a reproduction of the cover artwork for Usagi Yojimbo: Yokai.

The other issue I have reproduces a b/w version of the cover art of either Usagi Yojimbo #75 or #73, (not sure which because my copy is currently hiding and couldn't check)

I forgot to note these are the San Diego Comic Convention books. Anyone else have knowledge of what's in these? Thanks!!
