Good web hosts?

I have a story in my head... but FanFiction.net's TOS find fault with it.

1. No song lyrics
How am I to insert songs from the show the character comes from if I can't use song lyrics? How am I to make use of "song energy" from the Macross series?

2. No written puns
Meaning no jokes like "Dr. Acula" ("Dracula"). I love that name pun. D:

3. No references to real or non-historical people who are not deceased.
I LOVE making jokes about celebrities! Besides, how am I supposed to tell the reader what the character's voice sounds like if I can't say the name of an actor or voice actor? D:

I don't plan on using Archie Comics or Anne Rice for material since they don't allow others to touch their stuff, that would be dumb.

What I need is the name of a good cheap (or preferrably free) web host to write MY story MY way.
