Okay, this board has always been excellent to me. I've been able to secure 90% of the hardcover collection I am after because of this place, as well as the most amazing piece of original art from Stan as well.
Therefore, I wanted to offer these items here first, and at fair prices. Please PM me with any inquiries as I will receive an email that way to alert me. If these don't sell here within the week, I will shuffle them off to eBay. An opportunity to own a very early FF issue has presented itself and I need to raise the funds within three weeks!

These are unworn, and have simply been hanging in my closet since Maka scored them for me well over a year ago at the Hundreds Store. Both are large, with labels still affixed. For some reason, I never felt worthy to own them and want to move them onto another UY fan...

Just had to check and of course, Stan is totally correct. The #3 did jump to 12 cents, but the #2 was still at 10 cents. And to think, I'm calling myself an FF fan!
Mayhem, the range in Overstreet currently is $326-$8800, and I'm happily somewhere in that range...

Big FF fan myself, though not looking to score early issues unless super cheap! So, I feel your pain a little especially having to part with other comic stuff. Sad that Fantastic Four didn't finish the run to #600 and is 'restarting' with Future Foundation... #1 was pretty solid, but, feel gypped nonetheless.

Oh, I have a feeling we will see FF make it to 600 one day, and beyond. Marvel did reboot many books in the 90's as well, and eventually all came back to regular numbering, so...
Nail on the head Mayhem! I'm about a CGC 7.0 collector, and try to keep my page quality at off white to better. The one I am after actually has white pages, but falls to a 6.5, so there is a tradeoff.
