To somebody here going to SDCC

Post by Thomas Froehling »

SDCC is not really closing in, I know, but I'd like to know well beforehand if someone here could help me out:

Since Mayhem, my most trusted and relyable middleman  does not seem to attend SDCC this year, I would need someone to stuff with money to buy some goodies there to be forwarded to Germany afterwards. Not that much, mind you, but a HC # 25, new UY sketchbook if available, maybe a print or two...

Any help would be appreciated; either post it here or use PM.

Thank you in advance!
Greetings from overseas

Needless to say, the same will apply to me... and Fanfan no doubt. Hopefully I'll be able to go next year, dependent on getting a blimming ticket, but I might ask a mate of mine who is attending if he can purchase one at the show for me...

Okay-- if no one else offers, I could do the job for you. I'll be there all four days. But if someone is coming from your side of the world and offers to do it, I'll be more than happy to be the second choice.

I don't think anyone's coming from Europe this year sadly. I might have a couple of other requests for you if it isn't too much trouble heh...

No, no trouble at all. IT gives me a chance to shop without actually spending any money.

I always find it so so hard to part with all the cool merchandise once it is time to ship them out to their actual owners!

(Easier to buy things for people as gifts and then I don't feel so rushed to get them to the post office)

Well, it requires some amount of co-ordination, so I guess it's fortunate it's usually on my shoulders as I tend to be organised heh. I might ask you to pass by and grab the Mouse Guard sketchbook Cynlee, and if the money gets to you in advance, the new Usagi h/c perhaps... anything else will be determined by what crops up in the run to the show...
