Found it on deviantArt.com the other day. I thought it was pretty cool, but I wish they had posted a larger image of it. I posted it here by accident with the new yearbook images but decided to leave it to see if anyone noticed. :D

fiawol wrote: Gah, not the autograph hunt again! Sure, it was fun, but I made the mistake of offering to buy last year's Baltimore Con book honoring Frank Cho's "Liberty Meadows" for Frank's forum members, and then when they announced the autograph thing AT the show, I ended up having to schlep 20 copies of the book around to as many artists as I could (while also not appearing to be an eBay flipper), then had to divvy up those copies between the 30 or so orders I had from people. The people who didn't get autographed copies ended up getting some of the prints they gave out for the autographs.

Look forward to seeing you (and the book) at the show, Stan!

Woo Hoo! Someone IS going to Baltimore Comic Con :D

Hey Dave,

Any chance you might be willing to go through all that trouble again this year for some of us UY Dojo forum members? I am more than willing to reimburse you for any and all trouble and expenses if you can get me a copy, and I would not be too sad if you can't get the autographs or bonus prints. :)

Figured I had to at least ask.

I would love to get in on that bandwagon too Dav. I don't even need any autographs! I can PM you if you want and I don't mind getting you money in advance either (shipping plus gratuity) I know mayham was looking too. We had a post in ronin ramblings.

If you can't that's cool too.

Well, if another method doesn't become available before the convention, I can try to pick up copies for forum members here. I looked on the website of the store that puts on the convention, http://cardscomicscollectibles.com/shop/ and I did not see a way to purchase last year's Frank Cho book, so maybe they don't sell it online afterwards. Assuming it is similar to last year's book, it ran $20 for the hardcover art book. People can send me a direct message if they're interested in one, I can put a list together, and then figure out shipping costs. Hopefully other forum members who will be attending Baltimore will be able to buy extra copies for people who ask them, that spreads the burden around a bit, but feel free to send me a note! I take Paypal for payment, you can send it as a "friends and family" payment since I'm not making any profit off the books, or include extra in the payment to cover Paypal's fees (about 3%). Payment can go to fiawol @ aol.com, I'm going to estimate shipping/packing at about $7 on average for a single book in the US (some locations may be more or less) or $13 for 2 or more books. I'll probably have to make updated posts here, as apparently the message function only allows me to reply about once an hour or so per message, not so good to deal with dozens of messages at once. Hope that helps a few people here!

Dave, it's great of you to offer your service, and I'd like to join in on any list but only if it's not a burden on you. I'll send you a PM and will await your confirmation or denial  .

Of course if someone else is going and the load can be spread out, that would be great.

As an FYI to everyone, the BCC made an announcement this morning regarding the Yearbook. The price will be $20.

Earlier in the Tom Zahler & Brad Tree interview, there was mention that they would offer left over copies for sale, but the method was to be determined:
For fans who can’t attend the show, is there a way for them to purchase the book?

Brad: Our goal is to sell all of our books while at the show, but should there be some left afterwards, we will explore ways to make them available. I would encourage interested folks to sign up for our mailing list at our website baltimorecomiccon.com!

I adjusted your private message sending permissions for the forum. They must have been a bit restricted because of the small number of posts you have made since joining the forum. You should be able to send unlimited messages now.... :D

Out of interest, is there any difference to determine how you can get the VIP version instead of the normal one?

I tried sending a PM but either my net crashes or the PM just stays in the outbox & doesn't get sent. Net in Australia kind of sucks.
